Curry Sauce
From the Kitchen of:

onion

oil

curry powder

natural unsweetened yogurt

tablespoon
cornstarch

tablespoon
chutney
Peel onion and chop finely.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion for five minutes or until clear.
Add curry powder and cook for 30 seconds until the curry smells fragrant.
Stir in the yogurt. Heat the mixture but do not boil.
Mix the cornstarch and chutney together and stir into the hot yogurt.
Bring to the boil stirring constantly.
